What's Happening

Kiddiewinks - Rerehua Rēhua Charitable Trust is currently in the development stage of launching our youth fashion and modelling workshops in Rotorua. Our focus right now is securing funding, continuing community fundraising, building relationships with supporters and local organisations, and confirming a permanent base of operations for our programmes.

Our goal is to begin workshops from 11 May 2026. Once our space is confirmed, we will begin preparing the workshop environment and programme schedule.

Participant intake will first include rangatahi and tamariki already connected to our Kiddiewinks kaupapa. After contacting these existing participants, we will open additional places to the wider community if capacity allows.

The workshops will focus on fashion design, garment construction, modelling, sustainability, and creative skill development. Participants will learn practical skills such as sewing, upcycling fabrics, styling, runway presentation, and event preparation, with the goal of building confidence, creativity, and real-world experience.

We will continue sharing updates here as funding, partnerships, and our workshop space are confirmed.
